Below we show how to encrypt a PDF file with a password and how to apply PDF restrictions.

1. Κάνε Upload τα αρχεία σου

   Τα αρχεία γίνονται Upload με ασφάλεια μέσω κρυπτογραφημένης σύνδεσης. Τα αρχεία παραμένουν ασφαλή. Μετά την επεξεργασία, διαγράφονται οριστικά.

   Προτιμάς να μην κάνεις Upload τα αρχεία σου και να δουλέψεις offline;
   Try Sejda Desktop. Ίδιες δυνατότητες με την online υπηρεσία, και τα αρχεία δεν φεύγουν ποτέ από τον υπολογιστή σου.

   Κάνε κλικ στο 'Upload' και επίλεξε αρχεία από τον υπολογιστή σου.

   Το Drag and Drop αρχείων στη σελίδα λειτουργεί επίσης.

   Αρχεία Dropbox ή Google Drive

   Μπορείς να επιλέξεις αρχεία PDF και από το Dropbox ή το Google Drive.

   Άνοιξε το μενού 'Upload' και επίλεξε τα αρχεία σου.

2. Choose a strong password

   When opening the document, users will be asked to provide this password. Make sure it's a strong password, recommended 16 characters or more.

   Optionally, choose an owner password as well

   This is the password that users will be asked when attempting to make changes to the document, after the document is already opened.

3. Select optional PDF restrictions

   Choose what PDF features should be allowed. For example printing can be restricted, or filling forms and commenting can be disabled

   Depending on the software used for opening the PDF file, these permissions may or may not be enforced.

4. Save your changes

   Click Encrypt PDF and then Download your protected PDF.
