PDFファイルを圧縮またはあなたのPDFファイルのサイズを縮小する方法

Below we show how to shrink one or multiple PDF files to reduce their file size.

Step 1: Upload your files

Files are uploaded over an encrypted connection. They stay safe and private. Once compressed, they are deleted.

Rather not upload your files and work with them on premise?
Use Sejda Desktop. Offers same features as the online service, and the files are processed locally.

Click Upload PDF files and select files from your local computer. Folders can be selected as well.

Dragging and dropping files to the page also works.

Tip: Dropbox or Google Drive files

You can pick PDF files from Dropbox or Google Drive too.

Expand the Upload PDF files dropdown and select your files.

Step 2: Compress PDF

Click the Compress button and wait for the task to complete.

Tip: Configure image quality

By default images found in the original PDF are re-processed and saved with a JPEG image quality of 65%.

That is good enough for most scenarios. Sometimes one needs better quality images, even if the PDF size will be larger.

To change the image quality click More options and then select Good or Best in the Image quality options.

Tip: Configure image resolution (DPI)

Using the standard settings images are optimized to a 72 DPI resolution.

Working in a scenario where higher image DPI is needed?

Click More options, then select 144 DPI in the Image DPI options.

Step 3: Download results

Click Download to save the merged PDF file to your computer.

For peace of mind, delete your files. Click the Delete files button.

Tip: Save to dropbox

You can save the merged file to Dropbox. Expand the Download dropdown and choose Save to Dropbox
